Groupon

Groupon, one of the biggest group buying websites, appointed Sociagility to advise on its global social media strategy.

We conducted a detailed assessment of the company’s social media activity and benchmarked their performance, first against competitors and then between different Groupon accounts.

Using the findings, we then developed a social media improvement strategy for the brand based on delivering the right content, at the right times, to the right audiences, via the right platforms.
