Law firm Harrison Clark (now Harrison Clark Rickerbys) provides a spectrum of City-quality legal services to business and private clients across the south Midlands and beyond. With over 200 staff and partners based in four offices, and specialists in Intellectual Property and IT law as well as many other practice areas, the Legal 500 firm knows that reputations can be won and lost online.
With this in mind, and keen to improve the firm’s social media performance and encourage consideration of its services, Harrison Clark marketing director Anna Roby-Welford turned to Sociagility for a programme of training designed to help fee-earners optimise their use of professional networking site LinkedIn.
The intensive training was conducted over two days. It was tailored for practising lawyers from Harrison Clark’s network of offices to help improve their professional online networking skills. Five sessions were held outside core working hours to minimise the effect on client service. Follow-up email support was also provided to help staff put the training into practice.
Participants in the sessions, including senior partners, gave the training a 90% approval rating. Evaluating the impact of the programme, Anna Roby-Welford said, “Sociagility’s social media training for our lawyers was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using them again.”
